Winners of Fifth Annual SECAF Government Contractor Awards

The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) announced the winners for its Fifth Annual SECAF Awards.

SECAF 2013

Winners were selected from eight categories.

The Government Contractor of the Year recognizes companies that have shown a compelling and profound commitment to excellence in financial performance.

1 – Government Contractor of the Year (under $6 million in revenue): Navanti Group, LLC

2- Government Contractor of the Year ($6-12 million in revenue): InCadence Strategic Solutions Corp.

3 – Government Contractor of the Year ($12-$25 million in revenue): Innovative Defense Technologies

The SECAF Award of Excellence highlights organizations that represent excellence within their respective communities, the government contracting industry, and towards employees.

4 – Award of Excellence: Excella Consulting, Inc.

The Government Project of the Year is given to a company that has delivered an exemplary program with significant value to the federal government.

5 – Government Project of the Year: Potomac Healthcare Solutions

The Small Business Partner of the Year is awarded to a company that has demonstrated its ability to establish and support mentorships, teaming, partnerships, and other beneficial programs for small businesses.

6 – Small Business Partner of the Year ($25 to $100 million in revenue): ASM Research, Inc.

7 – Small Business Partner of the Year (over $100 million in revenue): DCS Corporation

Finally, the Government Advocate of the Year is awarded to someone that has provided leadership, commitment and direction and has had a profound and positive impact on the small and emerging contracting community.

Bridget Bean8 – Government Advocate of the Year: Bridget Bean, U.S. Small Business Administration
