As I watched this panel of retail experts at a recent Nielsen’s Consumer 360 conference discuss the future of e-commerce I wondered if this was applicable in any way to marketers trying to grow their government contracting business.
Do feds hangout at online water coolers? Do they share their buying experiences with their friends and families on Facebook? Probably not. But, do they share their great, and not so great, vendor experiences with one another? Yes. Do they read what they find on social media sites, Websites, and e-zines? Most certainly.
