Contractors can expect more funding, and flexibility, from the coronavirus stimulus package

As part of a $2 trillion stimulus bill passed by the House Friday — the country’s largest such aid package in history — government contractors must be prepared for a raft of new spending to combat the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic. 

Among those services expected to see an increase will be technology to assist in teleworking efforts, such as virtual private networks (VPN), remote desktop access and user authentication software, especially as telehealth capabilities become a priority.
