DB is responsible for ensuring small businesses have an equitable, fair and impartial opportunity to participate in the DLA Acquisition Program. Our goal is to educate small business on doing business with DLA, and facilitate their competing more effectively in the DLA Acquisition process. Also, through local Small Business Program Offices at each DLA procuring activity, we advise and assist contracting, program manager, and requirements personnel on all matters which affect small businesses.
